QA/QC Introduction

Quality is our life. We strictly control the production process; carry on the comprehensive plan according to the customer to the product quality requirement. From raw material purchase, inspection of enter to factory, put on production to the entire production process have the intact quality control system. We use the combined test methods of hand feeling, visual inspection, machine instrument, electronic instrument, chemical analysis and speed pre-spinning to inspect raw cotton, then sort it.

In line with the principle of "use the high quality cotton in high quality products" we matches the cotton use reasonably. We made our quality control standard for semi finished and finished products. In order to guarantee products satisfy our standard in producing process, we has equipped advanced monitor and inspection instruments for the inspection department, so, they can feeds back the inspection result to related department to correct and prevent promptly. Only the center laboratory of our new sole subsidiary company - Changshan Hengxin Textile Co., Ltd. has invested 10million RMB, purchased the complete set of most advanced  instrument - USTER inspection instrument, guaranteed the product test level synchronized with the world advanced level.

The wave of product quality will be analyzed and adopt aimed measurement by the production department to guarantee the quality can satisfy our customer.

All the subsidiaries adopt essential control measurements in the key working procedure. In the operation, we strengthen training our staffs all the time and launches the skill competition activity among the young worker every year to inspirit our staffs practice skill with assiduity. There are many operation  master-hands emerge continuously in national or provinces operation technology competition. In site management, in order to build a good production environment, our production workshop maintenances clean all day to improve the quality.

In the craftwork management, we research and test new craftworks frequently, pre-spinning and pre-weaving high grade, the high added value new varieties continuously. In the machine management, we implemented machine maintenance cyclical management to guarantees the machines being the complete condition all the time.

In the clients management, after received the clients' feedback information about quality of products, our technical department will promptly organize related workshop staffs to analyze the reasons, and then formulate preventive measurements, carries on the effect validation, till to satisfy our clients.
