Research and Development

Our technical center is our research and development department. It is the first State Recognized Enterprise Technical Center among more than 6000 domestic cotton textile enterprises which approved by National Development and Reform Commission of China, Ministry of Finance of China, Customs General Administration of China and Sate Administration of Taxation of China. At the same time, we gained the award of "Excellent Enterprise Technical Center" from the People's Government of Hebei Province, and the award of "Scientific and Technical Contribution" from China National Textile And Apparel Council in the first section of National Textile Technical Convention which grand celebrated in Beijing.

In order to adapt to our fast development, we continuously perfect the organization structure, talented persons team and construction of innovate ability of our technology center. Director is in charge of our technology center. The decision-making strata of our technology center is organized by experts committee and technical committee; At the same time, strategy developing department, research department, information developing department and laboratory are four functions branch, Every subsidiary company set up technology scientific research institute branch, they are execution strata.
We invest above 10million RMB every year on technology outlay mainly used for science and technology research project, and buying large-scale testing instrument. Our technology center has built the standardized laboratory, guaranteed the research and development infrastructure to be perfect. At present, the building area of technology center is 5104 square meters. The total value of instruments used for scientific research, technical development and test near 100million RMB. All these provide us have very strong strength of research and development.

The perfect development system and abundant technical strength, provide our technology center to research, development and promoted application in the textile front technology continuously. Especially, we have notable advantages in the top grade yarn, fabric production. The nearly two years we have beared 2 science research projects of Chinese textile industry Association, 1 provincial science research project, 6 city science research project. In which "High Count (14.5-7.3tex) Combed defiloplumed Cotton yarn Research " and " Jacquarde Decoration fabric Research And Production" separated gained second and third award of"2006 Shijiazhuang advanced in technology". In Independent intellectual property rights aspect, we totally report patent 26 items, in which invention patent 4 items in the year of 2006.
